Academic Year Field Trip Form

Scheduling for Fall 2018 is now completed and closed!       

When you do submit a request remember:

  • Buses must remain on-site during the entire field trip.  (Make sure bus drivers are aware of this policy and bring a lunch.)
  • Students must bring their lunches if you are expecting to eat at LIGO, Livingston (we do have a pavillion where students can eat their bagged lunches).
  • Field trip reminders will be sent to the contact teacher one month prior the scheduled field trip.  Make sure to confirm with your administration and transportation at this time.    
  • Field trips that are cancelled after the email reminder or without at least a month notice won't be able to book again for a full calendar year.
