Preliminary information about the meeting topic includes: Future operating budgets for LIGO Laboratory, MRE Proposal -- Plans for proposing the major equipment for Advanced LIGO, and Upper Limits Runs -- The upcoming engineering run in Sept or Oct will be used for coincidence data which will be used to set upper limits on astrophysical sources, prior to achieving good sensitivity next year.
