LIGO Livingston Observatory


The fourth LIGO Program Advisory Committee Meeting will be held April 23-24, 1998 in Livingston, Louisiana at the LIGO Livingston site. This meeting will concentrate on the Livingston Site: the transition from construction to installation and commissioning for LIGO; and on international issues in LIGO (with a joint session on April 23rd with the Gravitational Wave International Committee (GWIC) representing all the major efforts in gravitational wave research in the world.
