VRVS trouble shooting:

If you experience an application error upon launching video within the
MBONE application and you get the following error message 'vic.exe performed
an illegal operation'then you try to launch the same executable again you will
probably end up with a 'run time error'.

The fix for this is as follows:

You have to kill the process. In order to accomplish this you have to use third
party software such as UNLOAD.EXE click on the link UNLOAD.EXE. Extract this software
to your desktop, for easy access. Once you extract this program, the process you have to unload
is AVICAP.DLL After you do this then you must reboot your computer. Then launch your browser
to execute the MBONE program once again.
