presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint (preferred) or

GENERAL INFORMATION

If anyone attending the conference needs to be contacted during the meeting,

Weather:
60’s and 70’s. Light jacket and rain gear suggested.
Computer Access:
Wireless networking is available in the form of 802.11b access points. The
ESSID will be "LIGO". We recommend the use of the Lucent Orinoco wireless
cards, but any card conforming to the 802.11b standard should work fine.
Wireless connection is available in both buildings. If you are planning to
bring your laptop, please be sure to enter your MAC address during your registration.

There are also a few plug-in connections available in both buildings.

Food:
If you have any special dietary needs for any meals being served, please
