If it is helpful, I have the beamsplitter measurements taken at REO and in here (Caltech).

BS1-2             50.5% at "P"                           50.3% at 45 degrees
                                                                    49.5% at 44 degrees
                                                                    51.4% at 46 degrees

BS03-04       50.5% at "P"                             51% at 45 degrees
